The spacers are 14mm wide x 18mm. The mounting holes are apart to and are 24mm wide.

I couldn't find what model's and years it fits. The sleeve is 50mm long x 18mm. The lower eyelet has a built in bushing and comes with a sleeve and 2 spacers is 18mm.

It is my last one.

The upper eyelet which doesn't come with any bushings is 20mm. This is genuine Yamaha, not aftermarket.
