Bushings do have some wear but not to the point they need be replaced just yet. Looks like it has always been greased up very good and could benefit from a cleaning before being put back onto your machine.

They are the same left or right Ski Doo Formula Mx 467cc used front suspension rocker arm. The rocker arm has been discontinued from Ski Doo but hardware is still available.

Ski Doo parting this listing are rocker arm, grease fitting, m10x110 hexagonal head screw, it has the bushings on that screw but does not list a for them, and m10 lock nut. I don't see any visible damage or defects. It is in good condition and came off a running riding sled.
